Conor wanted to create a unique website that would stand out against all other listing websites in the industry. The challenge was more of a David and Goliath situation: How can we create something powerful and beautiful like the big dogs yet with our significantly smaller budget?

We started researching every competition within the field and came up with the list of items we needed:
- Live chatting integration
- Tech-y look
- Automated response emails
- Easy to navigate layout
- Easy to navigate database and listings
- Easy to use UX
- Simple filter system
- Virtual Tour integration
- Custom branding and logo creation

First we started out with a set of photos by Luloe Films to make their company image very uniform. From there, we created the database which holds all of their listings and created a simple navigation system that helps users search through their website with ease. With collaboration of their team and a Virtual Tour photographer, we gathered around the media for all of the listings and things slowly started coming together.

All of this while creating their custom set of icons to make sure everything is beautiful and uniform.
